We'll keep some things to surprise and entertain you during your weekend but here are a few things planned for your enjoyment...

GOODIE BAG! Everyone wins as soon as they arrive with a fun goodie bag for your enjoyment.

LAYOUT CONTEST One of our most popular contests at each of our events is our Layout Contest. Your layout can be of any theme. It's all about the layout no matter how quick and simple or complex and creative the works of art are always inspirational to see. We will award prizes for Best Layout Design and Best Technique and a mystery award voted on by the vendors from all those entered. As the wall fills with entries it is so enjoyable to view the great work on display. You must make your entries for our Layout contest during the event. Page layout themes are not restricted and can be anything you desire! All entries will be displayed in the Contest Gallery and voted on by the attendees. Limit 2 entries per scrapper. A two-page spread can count as one entry. You may enter any layout that is 8x8 in size or larger. Entries must be up in the Contest Gallery by 7:30 PM Saturday night. Winners will be announced Saturday evening after we are back from dinner.

Listen for the RED LIGHT! Remember when you played Red Light, Green Light as a kid? Don't tell me I'm dating myself now! Whenever you hear RED LIGHT called this weekend it's time to stop and listen. Be the first person seen (or heard) to have the item called for and you can pick a number to claim your prize.

We will have DOOR PRIZES during the weekend for always popular trips to our Treasure Chest of prizes

and Saturday morning we will do some SCRAPPIN' FOR SCRAPPY! The timer will be set to go off every 30 minutes, each time you finish a page you call for our Mascot "Scrappy" and whoever has him when the timer goes off wins a trip to the Treasure Chest!

FIND A FRIEND Check out your goodie bag... if you find 1/2 a sheet of 12x12 paper there is a matching 1/2 sheet somewhere else! Find your match and bring her along to find Jacki who has a prize for both of you! You even get to keep the 1/2 sheet of paper to remember your friend by!

We will be offering a SWAP BOX again. This is where you can swap something you have for something someone else has by simply donating to the swap box located in the Grand Ballroom. Put 1 item in and you can take 1 item out or 5 items in for 5 items out. This is just fun and easy way to trade scrapping treasures. If you have things you’d like to pass on for another to use that you are done with the swap box is a great way to find other treasures that are a perfect trade.

PRE-REGISTER online for any of the classes offered and get your name in the drawing for scrapbooking treasure. Each class you pre-register for will enter you in the drawing and multiple names will be drawn to win.

Who will be crowned our QUEEN of the day?! Keep track of your pages completed Friday and again Saturday as we crown a Queen for each day and award her with scrappy riches and crown.

BRING YOUR TREASURES WITH YOU!! Do you have some scrappy supplies hardly ever used that you'd love to part with and gain a little revenue too? This Scrapbook silent auction is much like a standard auction, but without the auctioneer. Items to be auctioned will be displayed for bidding on paper. Bring one item or many and sign in with Jacki when you arrive to get your auction sheet and set your minimum price, then put your item on display to begin the bidding! Others can bid on your item until bidding closes Saturday evening. The person with the highest bid wins your item and pays you directly.
